Part I and Part II Facility Program - New Juvenile Detention Center Program, Baltimore County, MD

Based upon the findings of the Maryland Statewide Juvenile Services Master Plan, PBA completed the programming and planning process for the proposed new Juvenile Detention Center Facility in Baltimore County. The JDC shall be approximately 102,000 GSF and house 96 youth detainees. The facility will incorporate the following functions: facility administration, security/operations/ central control, health center, behavioral health, education (full MSDE compliant school facility), recreation, case management, youth programs/services, facility support services, youth processing, dietary services, visitation, and vehicle sallyport.
