The M&T Bank Eastern branch is located in eastern Baltimore County in Rosedale, Maryland.  

The scope of the work included both interior and exterior renovations and minor additions.  PBA collaborated closely with M&T and the contractor in order to facilitate full bank operations during construction.

The interior work included mechanical, electrical, space reconfiguration and replacement finishes. The exterior renovation included masonry work, a new drive-thru ATM, replacement of storefront and lighting. All renovations were designed by accommodating the latest M&T standards wherever feasible: large storefront, high ceilings, crisp finishes, new teller line, and upgraded lighting.

The completed project produced a contemporary, energy efficient and comfortable branch. The newly renovated space is functional for their office and customer needs.
