HISTORIC M&T BANK CONVERSION

M&T's prominent corner location in Baltimore's east side "main street" community of Fells Point required maximizing the 100-year-old structure's strong assets and staging a 21st century banking arena. Large windows, high ceilings, original stone and woodwork details were restored. Interiors were modernized with new casework, flooring and furniture. New interior color schemes and finishes were chosen from M&T's standardized design guidelines.

New private and semi-private offices, universally accessible teller lines and check desk, ADA compliant restroom facilities, new ATM, upgraded lighting and enhanced "back of the house", break room and copy room increased operational efficiency and greatly enhances the banking experience.
