The purchaser of this townhouse loved the general arrangement of the unit, but wanted the floor plan to be more open and much more contemporary aesthetic to suit her personal preferences. Penza Bailey Architects designed an extensive renovation to the unit in which every room in the house was updated. The more dramatic renovations included new exterior doors, a reconfigured Master Suite with new Master Bathroom, and a new kitchen which is now much more open to the great room (with an enlarged clerestory) and dining room. The result is a new home for the owner which truly reflects her tastes!
