Located in New England's historic Cape Cod, master planning and feasibility is complete for a new mixed-use condominium community that proposes to redevelop an existing motel and extend the character of the town's Historic District and "main street" shopping district further northward. The new development is a five-minute walk from Hyannis Harbor where the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket shuttle ferries dock. Slated for the town’s first sustainable, “green roof” installation, the new concept comprises sixty-three European “flats” stacked above grade level streetscape retail. Four landscaped courtyards define interior “green space” to soften and conceal structured parking for 95 cars.
