OLD COURT MIDDLE SCHOOL

Built in Baltimore, Maryland in the 1960s, the full facility assessments and systemic modernization brought Old Court Middle School's structure into full building and ADA code compliance. Modernization cured physical decay, brought program elements up to MSDE State Standards for K-12 schools and was executed all between the hours of 4 pm and midnight with a remarkable "down time" of no more than 4 classrooms at once. The most dramatic program upgrades are seen in the new science classrooms and by replacing all exterior windows. Project size: 148,000 SF.
