Penza Bailey Architects, along with North Point Builders, received an ABC Greater Baltimore's Excellence in Construction Award for GC New Project $5-$10 Million for Padonia International Elementary School Renovation and Addition.

Awarded by Professional Remodeler in recognition of receiving the "Addition Over $150,000 Gold Award." Project was for a gallery and kitchen addition in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Penza Bailey Architects received the Maryland Building Industry Association's (MBIA) Remodeling and Custom Building Awards of Excellence for "Kitchen Remodel Over $300,000." This was in recognition of their kitchen renovation and addition in Baltimore City, Maryland.
